This is where she will announce, with the UN and Freedom Tower in the background:
This picture angle totally looks like the HRC arrow logo on the floor.

(26,795 posts)The arrow, referenced in the OP, points right at Wall Street.

(94,703 posts)It points to the East Village (working class--primarily hispanic) and then on to Brooklyn (the melting pot of America). Manhattan angles to the right, so Wall Street would be out of the line. But feel free to throw out some more cheap shots...
Wilms
(26,795 posts)Are you kidding? That's way off to the left. And as to Brooklyn of late, it seems more like a haven of trust-funders and the 10%.
And be careful. My time there may well precede yours. Although I'll bet Patty Dukes neighborhood has only changed it's demographic very little.

(26,795 posts)Unless it was the Heights, in which case she probably moved to MN because she could no longer afford to live there. (I'm referencing the character, of course.)

(37,748 posts)You should continue to double-down on what may be one of the most irrelevant and petulant points of order since her campaign revealed a mere logo.
If nothing else, it's bemusing to watch someone pretend to have a point relevant to the OP. I'd call it rhetorical ballet, except ballets are full of grace and skill.
Now ask everyone who disagree with your premise if they know where north is... for consistency's sake.

(94,703 posts)And as for "trust funders", perhaps you didn't get out to Crown Hts, Sunset Park, Brighton Beach, Canarsie? Just as "NYC" doesn't equate to "Manhattan", "Brooklyn" doesn't equate to "Brooklyn Hts"
FWIW - I was born here 55 years ago.

(26,795 posts)that there's a straight line from the south tip of Roos. Is. to lower Manhattan.
And I am aware that Brooklyn is a large and diverse place. And you, having long lived there, are certainly aware of the gentrification which began in earnest back in the 80's...ya know, Reagan's reign. Hence, you are well aware of what I am saying.

(19,877 posts)Manhattan comes to a point and that is where our financial district is. Is this a new Hillary conspiracy I'm unaware of?
Wilms
(26,795 posts)As to "a new Hillary conspiracy", her relationship with Wall Street is reasonably well known and certainly not new.
Not to hang it all on her, though. The same financial people have been on board with the all the admins for decades now.
