looks like a blast and great pics. i'm going to talk to my neighbor about going to denver pride later this month. fort collins moved pride to coincide with the students coming back so that the university population could be included.

We're trying. We just elected a new Democratic mayor who is making inclusion a big part of his vision for the city. It's so refreshing after six years of conservative Mayor Sullivan, who actually vetoed an equal rights ordinance that our Assembly passed in 2012. That won't be happening the next time it comes around.

You should have told me you were here, we could have met up somewhere.

Denali, Nome, and Kenai in 10 days.

Didn't stop me from going to the REI three times! Or Middle Way Cafe twice!

Next time.

I've never been out to Nome in the summer. How was it?

but it is strange to see people wearing long sleeve in June. Living in Texas, I have to say "must be nice"

I am going to visit your state. I will probably have to do it twice- once in the summer, once in the winter (I want to see the Northern Lights in person before I die)

I used to be in ANC (and FAI) for work a lot (summer AND winter), years ago...I miss going to those cities.

A big congratulations on your new Mayor.

We are happy with our new mayor and new governor. Now if we could just eliminate about five state senators, we might get somewhere.
