Your op is a little confusing. There is no such thing as tpp fast track. Trade Promotion Authority is fast track. TPP is the Trans Pacific Partnership Agreement. Passing TPA would enable passage of the TPP.

He does not deserve to be the only president in 40 years to be denied an up or down vote on trade agreements that he negotiates.

the last overwhelmingly, and most Americans now believe "free trade is good for the nation," a change from just four years ago. From the May 27 Pew Research report:

By a margin of 58 percent to 33 percent, Americans believe that free trade is good for the nation. Such sentiment is particularly strong among Hispanics (71 percent) and 18-to-29 year olds (69 percent). Support for the principle of free trade is broadly shared across gender, race, age, income, education, and party divisions.

nor is it fair. The FT in NAFTA and CAFTA and a number of trade agreements are the antithesis of "free" trade. They are trade regulations, including clauses to protect the profits of multi-billion dollar corporations. Since when does regulated = free?
