I jumped right on it, no one else seemed to notice, but I was in the front seat behind the door. When I confronted him about it he claimed that his company had told him to text because there was no cell phone reception on the route from DC to Meadville, PA. He actually had the nerve to tell me that!

He was better the rest of the trip, and as he had terrified me several times on the trip already; it was not a good trip.

I called the bus company the next day and told them what had happened. They emphatically denied telling him to drive while texting. They fired him, apparently someone else had noticed, not spoken up on the bus and called in with same story a few days later.

I'm not sure how many were on the bus, size of a coach bus, but he endangered many lives that night. I always wondered how many times had he done it before and is he still?
