Extortion is a crime in which one person forces another person to do something against his will, generally to give up money or other property, by threat of violence, property damwge, damage to the person's reputatin, or extreme financial hardship. Extortion involves the victim's consent to the crime, but that consent is obtained illegaly. Black mail is the same. The giving of the money in large sums is what has brought this to light.

In no way shape or form do I condone the sexual abuse of minors but to extort or black mail is also a crime.
