Remember in McKinney Tx that Probable Cause of a crime or

suspicion that a person has committed a crime is needed for a lawful detainment of a person.

Just like in Baltimore when Freddy Grey was detained illegally simply because the cops gave him a hard look and it made Mr Gray decide to leave. it is a person's right and not a crime to refuse to talk to police or even to remain in the area with the police present. And that is not a reason to arrest a person.

A consentual stop takes place when a cop approaches someone and tries to talk to them and the person agrees to the stop.

All the people in McKinney Texas who were handcuffed and detained without their consent had a constitutional right to leave and not be part of the sham investigation taking place by the high handed McKinney Police Dep[artment.

Plunder and Whoops. Plunder and Whoops. It's the way the U.S. operates, be it a war or local violations of civil rights.

Though there are comments in the other thread that she should have followed directions or this wouldn't have happened, and that it's just a big he-said-she-said.
