That "entitled, out of touch, socialist, college liberals" meme: I recognize it.

Here's who it is usually used by: The far right.

"Them out of touch libruls know nothing of the struggles of everyday 'muricans"

Just your classic old hippie bashing, now recycled as an attack against supporters of Bernie Sanders.

there is a whole lot of egging people on and I see your OP as just another chance to fight. Both sides are going at it and getting nothing accomplished than adding to their "trash tread" list and their ignore list.

I heard the same thing back in the '60s from alleged liberals. Commies, Reds, Hippies, Disloyal, unAmerican, traitors, troublemakers, over educated, and all the rest.

Same shit different election.

They are in touch because they are in the trenches. What exactly are they supposed to be in touch with that they are not? The struggles of the 1%?

All we do now is diagnose and stereotype out of our need for identity amoungst 7.3 billion humanoids .
I used to call people straights ,squares, uptights and all kinds of things now I call us all ???????
