I never watch the Joke so i know little of Mika. But I get the impression there are many women who think they should be Hillary. My guess is Mika is one. Carly Fiorina is another and she is pathetic. So I guess if they can't be Hillary, then neither can Hillary.

I am with you on the Clinton/ Sanders divide. Looks to me like we have at least 3 solid candidates who seem to have many similar goals. I will be happy to vote for any of them. Obviously I include O'Malley in there.

I've seen that jokefest, Mika has always seemed like the reasonable one. I cannot stand Joe - he's just such a jerk - and a joke if he thinks he's moderate - that I've never been able to watch the show and am usually scrambling to find the remote when I fall asleep with the TV on that station.

Mika's brother is the ambassador to Poland where her father came from...and Solidarity (breaking off from Russia) occurred in the early 90's about the time the Bill was running for President.

I don't have a reference, but Brzezinski wanted a missile shield, membership in Nato, and lots of other protections for Poland. Bill Clinton apparently didn't go along with everything, so Carter's National Security Advisor (also worked for LBJ) really went after Clinton.

They haven't been friends ever sense. Mika grew up in that household in the 80's and 90's. I suspect (since Bernie is Polish) that she harbors a bit of favoritism for him too.

She's been on Hillary's case for years. Of course, Joe has made the Clinton's a target for every CT coming down the road. Between the two them, it's really hard for me to watch.

If it happens to be on, I usually change the station as quickly as I can because I loathe Joe - his smug face and voice make me want to throw things at the TV but from what I've read at DU and what little I've seen of her, Mika is not a crazy person. She looked like one this morning.

Bill Clinton's statement was then distorted and spit out as this on that Morning show with regard to contributions: "these ulterior motives". So Bill saying he didn't know what people's motives are became "these ulterior motives." A total distortion of what was actually said, and one which incorrectly presumes sinister and improper "motives," when all Clinton said was that no one can know what someone's motives are.

Then one of the guests began talking about a REAL story about Marco Rubio's finances but, of course, Mika and Joe steered the conversation IMMEDIATELY back to Clinton bashing. Fucking ridiculous.

when John Heileman came on he said he was a coward and admitted he didn't even know what the conversation was all about...everyone seemed baffled...boy, she was toxic this morning and I wonder if her meds were to blame...she did mention something about them interfering with her behavior at an event at a synagogue where she used a profanity. What meds would make someone go so ballistic...geez...

Looked like she had mental health issues in that scene. I didn't know the backstory behind it because I had it on for such a short time but she looked like she needed a medical intervention.

Mika is pro-life (notice they rarely ever discuss abortion or gay marriage and when they do it's a small mention, done so Joe and Mika don't have air their unpopular opinions) who makes demurely makes eyes and Joe and stares at him. They are obvious, and Mika is no liberal despite the show seemingly promoting her as Joe's opposite.
