The TPP will never be fully and completely DEAD

Why? Because someday there will be a Republican president and Congress. Maybe not in 2017, but maybe in 2021 and if not at that time, then in 2025.

Point is, it will happen someday. And a Republican Congress will have no compunction about giving all of these trade powers and a legislative win to their president.
