What do you think the "barracks for 100" will be used for? Workers to repair the trains and do maintenance. You don't think that the Billionaires are going to do the work, do you? If you haven't followed the link, it's worth your time to do so. It's a really interesting article and, if I do say so myself, sounds like a pretty amazing place. It tells you the history of it and how it became to be privately owned. It's like looking into another world...

The staff won't live forever. How will they replace them?

of the people in the "barracks for 100" will already have children.... or they could be procreating for the sake of having future workers. I'm sure that if they are building a place for continuance of the human race, procreation is going to be in the works somewhere. I don't think that the offspring of the Billionaires are going to be taking jobs, but they certainly could be coupling up for procreation, too.
