Guardian, Huffington Post, Democratic Underground, Daily Beast, Salon, CNN, C-Span, The Los Angeles Times, Vice. I also enjoy googling a subject that interests me and reading local coverage. For example, during the Baltimore protests I read the local coverage in the Baltimore Sun and watching live feeds from the local CBS affiliate.

Whenever people post local sources or other sources here at DU, I really appreciate it. Thank you to everyone who does that!

city too

Actually, not joking, if you want news locally that you can use Like now, some counties do put a pretty extensive news service. Things like fire status, equipment buys, when government gets awards, and things from county health, like when you got outbreaks of what.

For policy a site called governing is pretty good for municipal issues.

For national I like foreign policy a lot, as well as the Guardian. I am a fan of vice too

Mexico news, a variety of sources.
