O'Malley campaign blasts Hillary's speech for omitting TPP and Wall Street accountability

The campaign of Democratic presidential candidate Martin O’Malley criticized Hillary Clinton today (on the eve of her launch rally) for not taking a firm stand on critical issues in her speech in New York City:

”Today, Hillary Clinton spoke about her vision for America’s future. But here’s what she didn’t say: she didn’t say that she would take any substantive actions to hold Wall Street CEO’s accountable for reckless behavior. Nor did she weigh in on the secretive TPP deal that could depress American wages and cost American jobs,” team O’Malley writes in an email to supporters.

”Martin O’Malley has taken firm stands on these critical issues, and will continue to speak fearlessly about the need to stand up to the special interests who wrecked our economy and are distorting our political process.”

“Let’s not forget what this campaign is about: it’s about bringing new, progressive leadership to America, so that we can rebuild the American Dream,” the email reads.
