I'm just curious. I realize that not everyone did or was even able to, but it would be interesting to see what percentage of DUers did. This poll is not about what you thought of it, just whether you saw or read it. So, if you are willing, please click the most appropriate response in the poll below:

(146,317 posts)I watched the live stream but found things I missed when I read the transcript. I thought it was a very good campaign launch speech.

(48,181 posts)I generally don't watch any of these events.
MineralMan
(146,317 posts)At 45 minutes, it was longer than I expected, for sure. That didn't seem to bother the audience, though, I noticed. People hung around while Clinton shook hands and met some of the crowd.

(36,855 posts)I was disappointed in the quality of the stream (I tried both CSPAN and the Hillary website/YouTube)... pretty horrible for this day and age. Perhaps it was something on my end.
MineralMan
(146,317 posts)That often happens, though. Bandwidth issues, perhaps, and maybe even from my ISP. I don't know. It was good enough, though.

(146,317 posts)It's a different experience than watching the actual speech. You miss the audience reaction. But, I read things I somehow missed during the event.

(146,317 posts)This one collects data about how many people watched a speech. I suppose the alerter was concerned about the exposure of screen names and how they voted. I certainly don't care about that. Of what use is a list of anonymous screen names to me?
Good jury decision. DU has polls. This poll is a no-brainer. It's interesting to see the numbers.

(72,790 posts)Saw one clip: The one where Hillary goes: "And I will be the youngest woman president..." or something like that. Thought it was pretty funny.

(146,317 posts)end of many campaign appearances, I'm sure. It deflects the age thing and gets a laugh. Humor is good. Thanks for posting!
