(85,996 posts)...I'm wondering about crowd size.
This is supposed to be the first event open to the general public. The lines look long...some crowd images:

(146,317 posts)Listening, they sound pretty enthusiastic in their response, too.
Hillary's hitting the same points as yesterday, but just promised policy details in the weeks ahead.
Strong focus on Climate Change and renewable energy tech. Iowa has lots of wind farms and grows lots of corn for ethanol. It's an important thing in that state.
Now, she's on infrastructure and funding for rebuilding it. Jobs and improvements.
On to education, teaching, and affordable college education. Specifics to come soon.
TPP now. She promises to be a tough negotiator. Voted for some trade agreements and against others in Senate. Protect American workers, raise wage. President needs to work with Democrats, starting with Nancy Pelosi, in Congress to get the best deal possible. If deal's wrong, there should be no deal. Let's find out what's in the TPP and make the best decision. If doesn't pass, President should tell trade partners what is needed to make it pass and renegotiate. Must protect American workers.
