Paul Ryan: GOP will have an Obamacare replacement plan in 2017

http://thinkprogress.org/health/2015/06/14/3669457/paul-ryan-king-burwell-no-plan/

"“We’re five years into Obamacare,” Wallace reminded Ryan, “[and] Republicans have still not come up with a coherent plan that will ensure that all of those millions of uninsured people get coverage.” Ryan responded by noting that there had been GOP alternatives when the Affordable Care Act was passed in 2010 and said that his party will have a replacement plan sometime in the next administration."

so puts it off to the "next administration".

And what administration would that be?

If it's someone in the clown car winning, one would think a Republican plan would be ready to go, but he didn't exactly say they have a secret plan ready to go, just hinted at it. It would sound kinda silly, anyway.

If it's Bernie or Hillary (or maybe someone else...) in the White House, they can plan all they want, but it ain't goin' nowhere unless it's unexpectedly good. And we know we know it won't be because they can't come up with a good one to save their lives. Damn near every problem with Obamacare now is their fault because they just couldn't shut up but had nothing better.

Because they know their plan will have major flaws and they don't want the GOP presidential candidate to be saddled with it. They probably have plans to invade Iran and/or Syria too, but they won't be open about them.
