Y'know, I was so down in the dumps yesterday.

Today - my mood is 180-degrees different! I've been either smiling, chuckling, snickering, or laughing flat-out - most of the day! At least since The Donald! I think I LOVE the guy!!! God Bless Him!!!! I sat there watching his announcement with my mouth agape in a big open smile, jaw dropping and raising by about a half-inch or so - couldn't even believe what I was seeing. FIRST RATE COMEDY! LIVE from New York! This coulda been Saturday Night Live - but he was serious!

One of our 2 major parties now doesn't have a single presidential candidate whose agenda is actually non-toxic for average Americans. The GOP's base doesn't like Jeb and he's supposedly seen as the "moderate" of this cycle, but they're all the same to me. The GOP candidates fight amongst themselves, but they sound just alike. None of them care about equipping poor people like me with basic necessities or social issues important to historically-disadvantaged groups, or giving peace a chance, or conserving the environment. It's just more of the same message of intolerance and selfishness at least since 1980.

The only thing making this crazy season bearable is the clown car. Why dems feel the need for in-fighting is beyond me given the absolute wealth of targets on the republican side. Toss a dart...you can't possibly miss.
