If Hillary wins the presidency, then three of the most powerful people on the planet will be women

Hillary Clinton - POTUS
Janet Yellen - Chairman of the Federal Reserve Board
Christin Lagarde - International Monetary Fund

Some would argue that they are the top three most powerful. You could add Angela Merkel (German Chancellor) as well.

Am I pleased that global, historical male dominance is abating (though by degrees) and that first world women can live in much greater comparative comfort and freedom than women ever before? Of course.

Unfortunately, these women believe deeply in a destructive corporatist philosophy, and since they're incredibly competent, tough human beings who've survived years of sexist crap, they're damned good at forwarding their goals.

I'm glad they're competent and tough. I'm not glad that they don't see how their agendas ultimately harm more women (and humans) than help.

low interest rates (4.5% on my first mortgage) high interest rates (12% variable on my second mortgage) and super high interest rates (16% money market rate when I had a few bucks).

Through it all Goldman Sachs, Citibank and J.P. Morgan/Chase did just fine.
