Don't worry about who is "electable". Vote for the candidate who you would like to see as President.

Anyone who is capable of winning the primary is capable of winning the general election, especially given the motley slate of Republican candidates. Even Michael Dukakis was neck and neck with George W Bush at one point in the campaign. I don't hide that I am a Hillary supporter but Bernie, O'Malley or a whole bunch of others are more than capable of winning the general election, especially if they prove themselves by winning the primary.

If enough people vote for them. I think people say "unelectable" to dissuade you from supporting the candidate of your choice and support the presumptive nominee.

don't "waste your vote" by voting for an underdog or a 3rd party candidate. I responded by saying "the only way you waste your vote is when you don't vote."

Thank you Nye. It's really nice to get a positive post like this from a Hillary supporter.

And may the best candidate win!

That you disregard this important fact calls into question the relevance of your comment.
