Call your senators to stop the TPA.

It just passed the House with one vote, but it still has to pass the Senate. the Senate needs 60 votes so call your Senators and beg them not to pass this. Ask them to vote NO.

This link has all Senators phone numbers:

http://www.senate.gov/senators/contact/

On edit: The last figure announced was that is passed the House with ten votes.

3. Also call potential challengers like Pete DeFazio today...

... who are on the right side of this issue to urge them to quickly announce that they will do a primary challenge to a senator like Wyden if he votes the wrong way today. If we get a lot of primary challenge announcements right after this vote, then the message hopefully will be SOLIDLY delivered that we expect our senators NOT to be traitors if they expect us to vote them back in to office and not be challenged, no matter how much money people like the Koch Brothers and in Wyden's case companies like Nike give to their campaigns.

Senator Wyden's numbers:
(202) 224-5244
(other local numbers here too... https://www.wyden.senate.gov/contact/)

Congressman DeFazio's numbers:
202-225-6416
(other local numbers here too... http://defazio.house.gov/contact/contact-peter)

We should identify all of the Democrats that voted for this mess earlier and which of them are up for reelection in 2016, and who would be good primary challengers for each of them.

Thom Hartmann thinks so. With the news cycle distracted with the shooting, he posits it's the right time to sneak this under the radar. Please call your Senators ASAP!

around. I've called him so many. many times but I just don't think he really give a flying F! I tried being very nice, but also told them how very devastated I was about Debbie Wasserman-Schultz for her betrayal too! Further commented that I'm literally AFRAID for "we the people" of this country and I wish I had SOME alternative to having to vote for either a Democrat or Repuke! Said I won't waste my vote because of the "crazies" on the other side but I will aggressively work to help anyone who is willing to primary him!

He rarely has an opponent so I'm sure he doesn't give a crap... BUT I DID CALL!

Don't give up because Obama will sign it if it does pass. I don't believe there is any chance he will veto because he seems to be married to these trade deals.

I fear it is a done deal. This could be the last nail in the coffin for the American worker. He will soon be competing with Vietnam for who has the cheapest labor.

We have in the past won the day at the last minute on bills we thought were a done deal.
