A white man saying that is claiming ownership of white women. He is saying that white women don't have autonomy to give consent to have sex with black men, only white men can decide who white women have sex with. Therefore, when black men have relationships with white women, it is rape, because they have not gotten consent from white men.

Men commit crimes all the time and always find a reason for it.

Any other part of our society would be kept under guard if they committed this number of crimes. Women have to be careful when they go out at night or walk alone. Why don't we just keep men under curfew? They are the ones who commit most crimes. I'm not being sarcastic. It sickens me how men kill, rape, beat, etc...with impunity for the most part.

I am sure in his twisted mind what he did was perfectly logical. But I am not sure most of us are trained to be able to understand a mind that such as this.
