CBD and Medical Marijuana.

A friend told me about this, which he uses for chronic pain.
It is a very interesting development. Could this be a game changer for medical Marijuana?

but it is highly restrictive. Then again recreational pot is mostly decriminalized and largely unprosecuted. (my guess is your color may vary)
