Deputy arrested after burrito-fueled road rage incident

http://www.wpxi.com/news/news/national/deputy-arrested-road-rage-incident-included-thrown/nmjpK/

A detention deputy with the Lake County Sheriff's Office in Florida, was arrested in a road rage incident after police said he threatened a couple with a gun.

Thomas Thompson, 45, was arrested after Charles Newcomb and his wife, Sarah Newcomb, said Thompson pointed a gun at them and threatened to kill them.

According to the arrest affidavit, the Newcombs drove away from a Taco Bell restaurant in Mount Dora when a man in a vehicle using "what appeared to be audible, fake sounding police sirens" pulled up beside them.

According to Charles Newcomb, the man, who he and his wife identified as Thompson, pointed a black pistol at the couple, told them they ran two stop signs and said he was a cop.

Yes, they have burritos in Florida.

With burrito fuel alone, the effects usually occur south of the border, so to speak.
