Now that the ACA has been blessed by the Supreme Court and is here to stay...

...perhaps republican governors will finally stop killing their own citizens and accept the Medicaid expansion and give coverage to the many, many thousands who desperately need it.

they are still of the mindset that the ACA is a "slow-motion train wreck". I have heard that phrase about 10 times after the decision was rendered.

They have staked their credibility on it. The GOP does not have a history of admitting their mistakes and changing course. That would make them look weak, allegedly.
