His opinion is that marriage is now a fundamental right, like speech, religion, etc.

Nobody suggesting this was judicial activism, but then these are the news teams. I'm sure O'Reilly and Hannity will have colorful terms this evening.

Seriously, on their website just under the top three stories -the marriage ruling is #1 - NY prison break, French terror attack, and IRS scandal lead to IMPEACHMENT

They're still kind of mad at him from yesterday. Now they all him "schizophrenic" due to today's decision.

As expected, by 10:30, they regressed into likening gay marriage to marrying cats, dogs, polygamy, incest, etc.

Sick people!

Most hilarious is the reaction from GOP presidential candidates, esp. Jeb Bush. LOL!
