I always thought I would see a black president. I always thought I would see a woman president.

I honestly NEVER thought I would see gay marriage. I had hoped I would, but I never thought it would actually happen.

that this could happen today - all states that is. It is much sweeter. One of those things that if you are anticipating too much - doesn't happen.
