The guy filming should know that the cops blocked the streets off because those yahoos wanted to drive fast enough their flags would stretch out. They'd have killed good people instead of banging into each other had the streets not been blocked.

You think they're gonna stop for some sissy traffic light? No SUH!

The only thing that would have made this better is a lot of hysterical laughter. I guess the filmer didn't want to get shot.
