I am posting this here as I think it is important.

The US will be facing Japan in the women's world cup final. Did you see the own goal England made?

Great that both teams are meeting again as Japan is the defender.

I know, this is not important given the gains that President Obama made over the last week, which is great, but sports is important too.

Heck yes it's important.

We're in the finals once again for the World Cup.

I didn't see England's own goal. I'll check it out now. That must be devastating for them.

We're facing a longtime rival now, Japan.

I feel really badly for Laura Bassett. That's gotta be so devastating

She had to go after that ball. Just a cruel twist of fate. I like how the coach and everyone in the soccer world has talked of the great showing of Bassett and England in this world cup.

Looking forward to our finals match against Japan Sunday.
