Right Way Might Makes Right: New EPA "transparency" LAW Forbids Science

Have you ever noticed that the Grand Old Party latches on and abuses the real meaning of words perversely? Such as the fact that Republicans call themselves the "Right" (inferring everyone else who is not part of the "Right" is therefore - wrong).

While everyone’s attention was focused on the Senate and the Keystone XL decision on Tuesday, some pretty shocking stuff was quietly going on in the House of Representatives. The GOP-dominated House passed a bill that effectively prevents scientists who are peer-reviewed experts in their field from providing advice — directly or indirectly — to the EPA, while at the same time allowing industry representatives with financial interests in fossil fuels to have their say.
Perversely, all this is being done in the name of “transparency.”

This is to say that the experts on the issue, such as doctors and scientists, are forbidden to even "indirectly" alert the Environmental Protection Agency from looking at FACTS;
but the lobbyists of special interests (such as Oil & Gas poisoning our drinking waters) are given Right Wing privileges.

To properly analyze the Right Wing and their politico stance, we need only look upon the issues they currently lobby for/ or against. Such as the following;
- If you are non-Caucasian, you are a 2nd class (and probably not a legal) citizen.
- All immigrants need to get back across the border (behind the wall) where you belong.
- Tax code is for the meager and poor, who exists only to pay/serve for the desires of the Right.
- Socialism programs are verboten!
- medicare, minimum wage, retirement, disability, vet benefits, and unemployment
are detrimental to the state of affairs of the better suited Right Republic/an Oligarchy. - Elections are to be controlled to prevent non-Caucasian voter fraud.
- Oligarchs are sole authority over election disputes.
- Elite, more proper suited Right's - may own voting machines - to assure Right outcomes.
- Gerrymandering is a necessary tool to assure Right tabulations.
- Those not of the Reich Wing (sorry - Right'th Wing), are exempt from military service on front lines.
- Neighbors and sons are to go fight our wars, as a privilege granted by Right to die in our service.
- Taking consumers, investors and the elderly funds, it serves the nations greater Right.
- No elite member of the Right shall be subject to investigation and/or prosecution.
- Women, people non-Caucasian and all others are required to serve our agendas as subjects of the Right.
- All physicians must subjugate women and their body parts as required by Right Wing g0d for purity sake.
- Woman, children and non-Caucasian's must do the Right's bidding, or be subject to imprisonment!
- Even if you are raped, by a person carrying 6 deadly diseases, you shall bare the child - this is forcibly a Right.
- After such illegitimate child is born, it shall have no claims upon the state for food, clothing, medical and education.
- Police and agencies of justice, are here to serve and protect those that are Right.
- Rights may carry AK-47s into a Walmart - or choke unarmed people to death - without consequence.
- Non-Rights may be arrested and/or shot, for even holding what appears to be a weapon - including toys.
- Only Right Wing Churches are pure places of worship.
- Places of worship that don't bow down to the Right aren't to be protected from desecration.
- Our g0d grants the Right the power over all others - who must therefore be wrongs.
- Justice is a Right privilege and judges in all of the nations courts - are there only to do what is Right!

Unfortunately, this iteration cannot be considered snark; because it is too close to what is true. Our drinking waters are being poisoned - illegally - and profitably. Wall Street's integrity is long gone, it only exists to make the rich richer and take from the middle class and poor - as much as they can.
CONGRESS JUST PASSED A BILL TO MAKE IT ILLEGAL FOR EPA TO USE SCIENCE
In Pennsylvania, doctors can go to prison and have their license to practice medicine revoked, if they inform parents what poisons their kids are dying from (possibly due to fracking).

Under a new law, doctors in Pennsylvania can access information about chemicals used in natural gas extraction—but they won't be able to share it with their patients.* A provision buried in a law passed last month is drawing scrutiny from the public health and environmental community, who argue that it will "gag" doctors who want to raise concerns related to oil and gas extraction with the people they treat and the general public.
Keeping with such Right Wing traditions, the House of Representatives has just put forth a bill that forbids the Environmental Agency to address issues, based on science experts.

Moi would suggest the Julia Roberts/ Erin Brockovich solution. Take glasses full of the waters from any fracking well-suited and place them upon the table of all Congressmen. Who ever voted for this outrageous bill to be forwarded to become law, must first drink the glass - or lose their position of public trust. They seek to put a climate change denier, in charge of the EPA, all under the word perversion of "transparency".

Bill H.R. 1422, also known as the Science Advisory Board Reform Act, passed 229-191. It was sponsored by Representative Chris Stewart (R-UT), pictured. The bill changes the rules for appointing members to the Science Advisory Board (SAB), which provides scientific advice to the EPA Administrator. Among many other things, it states: “Board members may not participate in advisory activities that directly or indirectly involve review or evaluation of their own work.” This means that a scientist who had published a peer-reviewed paper on a particular topic would not be able to advise the EPA on the findings contained within that paper. That is, the very scientists who know the subject matter best would not be able to discuss it.
