Are Bush and Cheney EVER going to travel abroad?

Is there a real chance that they might be arrested for war crimes? After reading some posts DUers posted about some veterans, it really got me wondering...

when it became clear that citizens were pushing for a war crimes arrest.

I doubt he will ever leave the country.

And to the extent that they've cancelled trips, it almost certainly is over security concerns not fear of prosecution.
