Dallas (CNN)Bill Clinton and George W. Bush have playfully called themselves long-lost brothers, a pair known simply as 42 and 43. But when they shared a stage here Thursday night, one thing above all was nearly off-limits: 45.
They had barely taken their seats, side-by-side, when their routine began.

Rachel Maddow's comment surprised me: "As though the Presidency were a china pattern that one passes down to family members."
Disclaimer. That photo may not have been taken last night. In the video Maddow ran last night, George wearing a solid red tie and Bill warning a dark blue tie with white stripes.
As an aside, Aren't the dress up Presidencies and post-Presidencies so much fun?
