Appeals court upholds McDonnell (R-exGov Va.) conviction

The 4th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals has affirmed former Virginia Gov. Bob McDonnell guilty verdict.
The panel's decision can be appealed to the full appeals court or the U.S. Supreme Court.
It's not clear whether Bob McDonnell will be allowed to remain free on bond if he chooses to continue the appeals process.
