That is the most outrageous and insane court ruling I have ever seen. BTW I am an attorney.

(33,688 posts)If this was decided purely as a matter of state law, it would be very difficult to invoke federal jurisdiction, but it would be a question worth looking in to.

The interference with other on-going investigations is the issue there. Essentially, the ruling created an obstruction of the law by a court
