have to have our citizenry ban together. That has already happened since some Wisconsinites joined in on our Moral Monday protests in Raleigh NC. This is what it takes with the gerrymandering monster destroying representative government.

How the FUCK can a court stop a prosecutorial investigation ???

That is the most outrageous and insane court ruling I have ever seen. BTW I am an attorney.

If this was decided purely as a matter of state law, it would be very difficult to invoke federal jurisdiction, but it would be a question worth looking in to.

and that comment was made by a -republican- lawyer speaking Thurs afternoon on Madison's 92.1 FM.

The interference with other on-going investigations is the issue there. Essentially, the ruling created an obstruction of the law by a court

openings the prosecutor could use to go into federal court.

But, it's unclear if the prosecutor will do that.

He's not simply an opportunistic and dishonest politician, there is something deeply wrong with him. And the Koch brothers and other right wing extremist backers think they can work with that. Good luck.

Unless by some distant chance you mean "its knees", as in the knees belonging to it.

It apostrophe s means it is. The possessive has no apostrophe.
