Rush Limbaugh goes berserk over Obama's response to Major Garrett's question....

...at yesterday's presser.

"Why does he "pretend" that the four hostages could not be included in the negotiations", in a close paraphrase??

"Why did he promise $150 billion dollars to Iran", their reward for US stopping sanctions against Iran?

It was a high blood pressure session for Rush. He was clearly very angry and revengeful.

Why did America not get the "Americans" released? Obviously, we do not know the details.

However, there was an immediate problem that needed to be addressed. That being that Iran was only months from developing their first nuclear weapon. Russian, China, Britain, France, Germany, and the EU were part of the negotiating team also. It is like their word or interests mean nothing. We must have our way all the time, especially if Americans are being held prisoner.

For if Iran developed a nuclear weapon, Israel would have been considered their number one target. That scenario was very possible.

Obama and Kerry seemed to have a done a great favor for Israel, regardless of how else the agreement may be seen?

The alternative was to bomb Iran. Another war in the Middle East, and perhaps much, much worse than the others? What alternative was preferable? That is the question that must be answered.

I had taken my wife to the grocers and the subject interested me, so I left the radio on. Rush is still hanging on but it is just a matter of time until he is gone. That should be a national holiday. The guy has spread more than his share of hate and vitriol.

But, if I had not suffered, o little children, how would you have known?

Fight them now or be sorry later when they succeed with their lies long enough to effect the 2016 election cycle. Like they did in recent elections cycles with Healthcare, IRS, Benghazi revisionism.

It appears most of DU wants to let the battle drop in favor of primary wars. Should GOP succeed in dominating the debate on Iran now they'll end up with far greater power in the 2016 election cycle.

wanted to keep it strictly about the nuclear issue--but that's not the case going by the results. How is lifting an arms embargo in 5 years about the nuclear issue? How is lifting sanctions on individuals in the Iranian Guard thing about the nuclear issue? Those were pot sweeteners, and for those we should have gotten our hostages back. Unless there's a plan to deal with this separately in the near future that isn't disclosable right now--then I take the criticism back.

I get the feeling that those negotiations are on a razor thin wire right now and Obama didn't want to disturb any progress that we might be making...but I think we'll see something sooner rather than later (I hope so cuz it would free those poor hostages and also free up the Iranian issue greatly...

We're in this agreement with other nations, and they're ready to end the sanctions. They want Iran's oil.
That's why the treaty was necessary now, the US won't have sanction backing from Russia and China without it.
This is the best possible deal, and the monies going to Iran were their monies already, frozen assets.
