"As of July 22, 2015, the United States of America State Department has issued a nation wide RED ALERT warning that the following people and activities are at a high risk of injury or death:

Non white citizens who drive
Non white citizens who cross streets
Non white citizens who walk and listen to headphone paraphernalia at the same time and/or are eating
Non white citizens who react in any way considered rude to authorities

There is a special double red alert for Black Citizens, you are considered at a higher risk than other non white citizens.
