About Ms Bland and the officer.

These thoughts came from my wife.

She stated: "how many times I was growing up have I heard of Rapists and Murders dressing up like cops and stopping women? To this day I don't trust any cop car ...How easily can cars be turned into "official" looking cars. Anyone can get uniform and badges if they really wanted too. I would have "argued" about getting out of the car as well.

As for why he stopped her is crap. I've seen cops change lanes without signaling all the time."

I think a full cop in uniform in a police car would be hard to pull off. Travis_0004 Jul 2015 #2

sped up and pulled into my lane directly in front of me without signaling a lane change and then turned right at the next street, that time with a signal.

I bet everyone can personally relate many instances like this. Police officers, though, are no different than any other drivers. I probably see drivers not signal lane changes every single day I drive.

The general rule is to pull over on a busy well lit street, which she did.

Take Fullerton Police Officer Albert Rincon AKA LaFitCoach who was accused of sexually assaulting multiple women while on duty

Even though the city settled with the victims, he was never held accountable by the Orange County DA and he went on to become a fitness coach to women where he can grope and fondle as many women as he pleases and no one is aware.

there were several cases here where a man pretending to be a cop stopped women, then raped and murdered them.
