Save our veterans and teens: Simplify the suicide hotline with a three-digit number!

A lot of people here probably knew someone who might be alive today if only there was a single, national three-digit number for suicide hotlines as there is for 911.

In memory of my friend "Cody", who was one of them, years ago.

I think in a lot of communities 2-1-1 may cover suicide hotlines (they are used for a health and human services hotline)

Either way its not well known, and I would have no problem with suicide having its own dedicate number.
