Support BLM's fight against the INCARCERATION NATION

BLM started this fight,
lets unite to finish it!

The abominable rates of
incarceration, particularly
among the poor and minorities
must stop.

INCARCERATION NATION began
as a chest thumping, "tough on crime",
political, feel good policy.

The results have not been a healthier
society, nor a more peaceful society...
actually, its been the opposite.

The Legacy of INCARCERATION NATION
is a prison industrial complex (PIC)
which benefits only those employed by
the PIC and the investors in FOR PROFIT prisons.

INCARCERATION NATION has ruined millions
of lives, destroyed families, and sabotaged
the futures of vast swaths of citizens,
for no other reason than poitical grandstanding
and investor profits.

Even and early proponent of
INCARCERATION NATION,
Bill Clinton, has publically come out
against his legislation which enabled
mass incarceration

(CNN)Bill Clinton said Wednesday that the crime bill he signed into law as President in 1994 worsened the nation's criminal justice system by increasing prison sentences.

"I signed a bill that made the problem worse," Clinton told an audience at the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People's annual meeting in Philadelphia. "And I want to admit it."

The omnibus crime bill that Clinton signed included the federal "three strikes" provision, mandating life sentences for criminals convicted of a violent felony after two or more prior convictions, including drug crimes.

Enough is enough!

I'm normally a union supporter, but the prison guard unions have not helped this one.

I'm on board with supporting anything that pares back at this insanity.

Removing the profit motive
to incarcerate people will have
a drastic impact on the number of
lives being destroyed.

For Profit Prisons have a census number,
the number of inmates required to
remain profitable and maintain their
shareholders dividend expectations.

If too many inmates are released,
the profitablity declines and Wall st
fails to make money.

Keep in mind...
the PROFITS in For Profit Prisons
comes from OUR TAX DOLLARS.

Shareholders are sucking the taxpayer
teets, while waging a race based class war.

Enough is enough!

He set the stage for Wall st,
Clinton allies and donors,
to reap billions of dollars through
For Profit Incarceration

All the while he played on the fears
of race based bigotry.

It's unconscionable
