No CAPTIONs from Lafayette, Louisiana today. Three dead. Nine injured.

Children in adjacent theaters who were rushed out and then were confronted by the sight and sounds of shooting victims. Things never to be forgotten.

I hope nobody I knew was there, but since it is central Lafayette's movie-plex it's all too possible.

No humor today.

I spent a lot of time there in the 1980's through the early 2000's.

This is truly heartbreaking. I wish I could say it was surprising, but given the amount of mass shootings, I can not.
