The Clintons Need to Confront the Media As A Whole Already

In light of the recent NYT scandal with regard to the BS "criminal investigation" into Hillary, the Clintons really need to confront the media already on the macro picture instead of treating their lies like its a given and responding to the lies singularly. I know Hillary reacted today but the general attitude over the last near-generation of the media towards them has got to be pointed out. What is the rational reason the Clintons get such horrible media treatment? In 2008, Obama set up a website dedicated to fighting the attacks on him. The Clintons could have used that years ago. Remember "Fight the Smear?" I also think Hillary ought to give a speech detailing the media attacks over the years. This hatred has got to end. Its not good for our democracy, and its not good for our country.

her positions on fracking, Keystone, TPP, the war in Afghanistan, taking money from CCA?????

because the smear campaign not just a primary candidate but a two-term president never seems to end, and journalist "ethics" and rules are ripped to shreds, lies made up so casually, etc.

How many smears are too many? Where are the apologies for:
1. Email "scandal"
2. Clinton Foundation attacks
3. Unsubstantiated "favor" trading at state
4. Whitewater
5. Perot myth
6. Travel"gate"
7. File"gate"
8. Vince Foster
9. Broaddick and other faux stories
10. Racism allegations from 2008
11. Allowing an affair to become impeachment

the list could go on. enough is enough. The media never attacked the smears as they did the "born in Kenya" bit. They treated the Bushes much better than the Clintons, for no rational reason. I think the media needs to start apologizing, dead serious.

But the media and Hillary's detractors aren't going to stop it any time soon. I think Hillary is being smart about it. They want her to react and open herself to other lines of attack.

She's not playing their game. The New York times runs hit pieces. Media Schmedia. I hope she keeps that news blackout going.

Look what that fucker Major Garret did to President O the other day. The fourth estate is an ivory tower.
