Do we have any definitive news on Jericho the Lion?

I know there were somewhat conflicting reports earlier. One thing I read said they'd know more once it was daytime/light. Do we know yet if he's ok? Sorry to ask, but was seeing different reports, and I'm really hoping to hear for sure that he's fine.

If he's looking after Cecil's pride and cubs, then I'm rooting for Jericho

Even this article, though, talks about him "probably" being ok, conflicting reports, and confirming more at daylight.
