So this happened in Cleveland...

[img][/img]
Context: a woman got in a car accident and a motorcycle policeman showed up. When she left her car tell him what had happened, he pulled his gun on her to. - REDDIT

Any DU Cleveland residents have anymore info on this?

It is funny to see how many reporters and TV stations (or their stringers) post to ask her to call them or otherwise contact them. (Including FOX and CNN.)

that now see the media for what it is. Good. That is the only way we will make progress.

One poster suggested the establishment is trying to force a mass confrontation. The evidence backs this up considering the militarization of police around the nation and violent unnecessary action taken by the cops.

A quick search of the bigger local news sites didn't turn up anything (yet).

Yeah, we've got our share of twitchy cop problems here, too, as the recent Tamir Rice killing and murder-by-cop-swarm sadly attest.

Makes me sick.

Pull out a gun at a car accident? What the fuck is the matter with them? Ultra-paranoid. They see an African-American and they act like they're seeing a crime in progress. Racist scumbags.

Fuck The Police!

Kind of makes me queasy for some reason, like they're so eager to report it. I'm not saying reporting it would be a bad thing but the media frenzy of it kind of looks like they want to stir the pot sort to speak. JS

LONG history of corruption and employment of reactionary snapcases. Par for the course.

You ought to see them direct traffic. It would make Governor Christie blush.

Not that I agree with pointing a gun, but it appears this car was involved in several hit and runs and was trying to push past the truck. As the cop rode up to apprehend the occupants, the occupants got out and the cop responded to force the women back into the car for arrest.

Cleveland Police Lt. Ali Pillow said the people involved were wanted in connection with "two or three" hit and run crashes. He said multiple arrests were made at the scene Sunday and several charges were filed, including OVI.
