It's been on going for quite a while (more than a week). At first I thought it was my browser, but it doesn't happen anywhere else.

They are taking FOREVER to load. Pages with few replies are alright.

Note that it isn't a cache issue, either, since I dumped my cache, too.

I can load forum posts with a shit-ton of replies on other sites, but DU's have slowed to a crawl - 5 minutes to load a post. Waiting for socket.

I thought it was just the weather. My TV got so bad (satellite) flicking on and off when I was watching Thom Hartmann that I finished the show streaming on the internet. Yet, I have found slow loading on most of the websites I visited including this one. I don't know what's happening I thought it was just local but if you are experiencing it too, what could it be? Solar flare? Typhoons in the pacific?
