the same as leaving the rest out. The definition of counter terrorism states that it can include political and/or military action.

On one hand they denounce violence and on the other they say counter-terrorism efforts should continue to the fullest extent.

Stating counter terrorism should be pursued to the fullest extent would certainly include military action. Would it not?

Is that not a nuanced response by Third Way?
