Ghost in the Machine

I know this has been discussed before, but I can't find it right now...

How does one start a Group on here? I will be up for a few more minutes, if anyone can help. If not, I will check back in after a few hours of sleep....

The admins will tell you to start a thread and ask for people who would support the group. Get the people to say yes and you're good to go, after you submit a "Statement of purpose" for the group. If you want hosts, figure that out early on, too.
