Minority Leader and former Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi has been the Democratic Leader of the House since 2003, replacing Richard Gephardt who stepped down to run for president in 2004, which was unsuccessful. Pelosi, 75, is one of the longest serving Democratic Party leaders in a long time. I can see Pelosi being leader until 2020, or beyond. But some believe it's time for for fresh leadership in the Democratic House Caucus. If Pelosi is not Speaker in 2016 or 2018, who should be the next Democratic Leader?
