but I also believe he was a lot better President than given credit, a President ahead of his time, too bad the country was in love with an actor who was a figure head

Old Ron took a page from Nixon's playbook to stop Carter's negotiations with the hostage holders from succeeding, as they would have if Reagan's goons hadn't promised arms for hostages. The fact that they would do such a thing is still chilling. Arms for hostages and Iran Contra have disappeared from the public's consciousness.

last census had the population at 776 people.I imagine every one of them has a personal relationship with Pres.Carter.
