Anna could end up losing everything to a woman who sues Josh. She should cut her losses.

Josh is already facing two lawsuits that I have heard about. One is from the fifth girl who he molested, the one who was not his sister. The other is from the guy whose picture he used in his OKCupid profile. And of course, there could be more down the pike for reasons we have not heard about yet.

Anna might be able to get her half of their assets before Josh suffers any losses that he accrues in legal fees and court-awarded damages. If that understanding of the law is correct--although it might not be--then Anna should probably get out while she can and salvage whatever she still can for herself and her children.

Of course, we also don't know if Josh used protection with the various women he has slept with. Condoms are not part of the culture he comes from. And he probably didn't see too many of them being used in the pornography he was watching. So it is possible that he has already passed along an STD to his wife. Anna was having unprotected sex with a man who she thought she was in a monogamous relationship with--but it turns out it wasn't monogamous. She needs to get tested immediately.

And it wouldn't be in People Magazine, but for a rumor that Josh had somehow misplaced his testicles.
