We need progressive prosecutors, district attorneys, police, governors, legislators, and more to be able to properly address systemic racial injustice.

you too can get a street named after you. That makes it almost worth it, doesn't it?

Last I saw it was ruled a suicide, the story kind of vanished after that.

I find it interesting, however, that they named a road after her. I've seen lots of jail suicides over the years, and not one besides this one got a road named for him. It would be foolish for her to kill herself over something so trivial, but I know that trivial things can lead to serious consequences. I can't say I'm sure of what happened, but I don't think it was a suicide.
