From all of the rich, white fat-cats who benefited from the rebuilding of NOLA (as well as the Mississippi Gulf Coast). I'm sure that Bobby Jindal won't have to ward Shrub about not mentioning "climate change" in his speech. I wonder if he'll stop in Gulfport and have a glass of lemonade on Haley Barbour's porch?
