Things of Note:
1. Not everyone in Rowan County is bat-shit crazy like Kim Davis;
2. Not everyone in Rowan County supports Davis' legal stunt, and make no mistake this is nothing but a stunt ("...sweet, sweet bigot money...);
3. Deputy Clerks in Davis' office would issue marriage licenses to EVERYONE, they are simply afraid to do so;
4. Kim Davis is bat-shit crazy and a control freak to boot, using here faux religious conviction to rationalize her controlling behaviors.

I am Catholic and refuse to sign marriage licenses for Protestants because they're apostates
Refused licenses to infertile couples or those not planning to have children. The Church does teach against that
Oh... and divorced couples... can't forget them Ms Davis you hell-bound violator of Jesus' teachings
Or if I were
Muslim and refused all Christian, Jewish, Atheist, etc licenses
Atheist and refused all theist marriages

Had a religious belief that opposed mixed marriages

Or if I were Jewish... or Hindu... or a Pastafarian and claimed a marriage violated my beliefs
